How we run a Studio project

Stackbyte Studio builds websites, mobile apps, custom APIs and integrations, and runs SEO, GEO and go-to-market work for clients. Each project goes through four stages.

1. Discovery

We talk through what you need, who will use it and how you will judge whether it has worked. This usually takes one or two calls, and we write it up in a short document for you to check.

2. Proposal

The proposal covers scope, timeline and price. Where the scope is well defined we quote a fixed price. Where parts are uncertain, the proposal says which parts and how they will be priced. It also sets out who owns the code, content and accounts once the project ends.

3. Build

You get access to a working preview early in the build and can follow progress as it happens. Check-ins are short and usually weekly.

4. Support

After launch you can ask us to host and maintain the work, continue with growth work such as SEO, or take it over yourself. If you take it over, we hand over the code, accounts and documentation.
