Published under Dubai Law No. 26 of 2015 on data dissemination. Each Dubai Pulse dataset carries its own terms of use; datasets classified Open can be reused, including commercially, with attribution.

Update cadence
As stated in the dataset's metadata. We plan to fetch every night.
Fields we use
Licence number, business name in English and Arabic, legal type, licence status, activity, issue and expiry dates. We will not store owner, manager or contact names.
Known gaps
- Dubai mainland only. Free zones such as ADGM, DIFC, DMCC and JAFZA keep separate registers.
